Nullall
Nulls from paths, masks, pins, effects and trackers. Then back again.
What it does
Nullall covers what After Effects' own Create Nulls From Paths does, then keeps going: nested shape groups with scale, rotation and skew, a proper controller rig, mask opacity, motion-tracker conversion, and any combination of them in one click.
- Vertex nulls. One null per path or mask vertex. Either the nulls ride the points as the path animates, or you drag a null and the path reshapes.
- Tracer null. A null that rides the path at constant speed, with Progress %, Loop and Orient to Path.
- Path controller. One CTRL null moves, scales and rotates a whole path. On masks it fades Mask Opacity too.
- Nulls from track points. One baked, parented null per Motion Tracker track point.
- Add Null. An anchored null, parented with every layer's motion preserved, optionally acting as a master opacity fader. Shift and Alt switch between anchor/centre and shared/one-each.
- Zero. Moves a layer's animation up onto its null and leaves the layer at identity, so you can scale and nudge the layer without scaling its motion path.
- Nulls from Puppet pins and nulls on effect points. A parented null driving each deform pin or 2D point control, such as a Gradient Ramp's start and end.
- Clear Rig. Removes everything Nullall made and hands layers back to their original parents. An untouched Zero comes back with its original keyframes and easing.

FAQ
Do my projects need Nullall to render? No. Rigs are ordinary nulls and expressions, so render farms, Media Encoder and anyone you send the project to need nothing installed.
Do I need to be online? Once, to activate. After that Nullall re-checks the license about every two weeks and keeps working if it can't reach the server.
Can I move it to a new computer? Yes. Press Deactivate this machine in the panel, then activate on the new one. One license covers 3 machines at a time.
Which expression engine? JavaScript, the After Effects default. The legacy ExtendScript engine is not supported.
Refunds? Within 14 days, no questions asked.
